On the occasion of January 27 - International Holocaust Remembrance Day, a commemorative session was held at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Macedonia, addressed by the Minister of Foreign Affairs Nikola Popovski, the President of the Jewish Community in the Republic of Macedonia Berta Romano Nikolic, the Ambassador of State of Israel in the Republic of Macedonia Dan Orian, US Ambassador Jess Bailey, Polish Ambassador Jacek Multanowski and Sarale Gutmann from Israel. The commemorative session was followed by the promotion of the work "Mishloah Manot" - the life story of the Shami family.
