The Holocaust Memorial Center created another start on the endless sky called “Never forget”. The hard-working and creative Korchagin students, together with their professors organized for the first time this year, in cooperation with the Holocaust Memorial Center, this event on Thursday, 26 April 2018. The idea comes from the history of cooperation with the Holocaust Memorial Center for the Jews of Macedonia and Yad Vashem from Israel.

The story of Jews is a story told in different manner all over the world by different philosophers, artists, cultural and scientific experts. However, the story of Korchagin students is a story in atmosphere of love, creativity, professionalism and supreme human principles of respect in order to say out loud to everyone out there, towards the public and the world, NEVER TO FORGET!. Silence is even bigger enemy than the enemy itself. The Jews carry the message of always getting better, the code of the national genocide but also the Sisyphus persistence in a sense of inhumane acts against people, so they can retell those same things to us but now as a higher philosophy that needs to be remembered by the humanity.

“It is March, spring time, the time of holidays dedicated to joy and revival of the nature. It is not a time to be quiet, not a time for death…” (The Light for Hanuka” by Tomisla Osmanli). What sense could be related to the sentence “bare stripping of the humanity”? Why less worth people, and why less worth nation? Who is, in fact, the man? All of these are some of the questions that were touched by this event. The project was implemented by the students and mentoring professors in Korchagin gymnasium: Atanas Sopotski, Valentina Кostovska, Mitra Blaževska, Sašo Livrinski, Dragica Solunčeva, Gordana Gečeska, Maja Bogdanova Hristova, Roza Nikodinoska, Tatjana Golčeva.
